MFG MOBILE SAUNA by Emil Löber, Sophia Reißenweber, Friedrich Gerlach
A 4 m2 movable “guerrilla” sauna conceived with the aim of making use of public spaces in urban areas.
A 4 m2 movable “guerrilla” sauna conceived with the aim of making use of public spaces in urban areas. The mobile sauna is designed to fit on a small footprint, such as a car park space. This micro-architectural structure can be set up and transported on foot by three people and comfortably fits four to five users. During transportation, the main standing leg transforms into a drawbar. The translucent outer skin refracts light in a unique way and, in combination with light-coloured wood, creates a charming sauna atmosphere in almost any location.
