100% NATURAL COW AND WATER BUFFALO LEATHER

Freund’s exclusive surfaces of 100% natural cow and water buffalo leather give any room an elegant, modern air. Whether for cladding walls, floors or items of furniture, the 2-to-3-mm-thick leather finds exclusive use both in private as well as commercial contexts. Dwellings, businesses, restaurants and hotels are all transformed by our leather pieces.

Our leather products can be used to cover and accentuate almost any surface. Whether it’s a leather floor or a leather wall – leather should look like leather. All of our leather products are prepared by hand to accentuate their natural distinctiveness. This is what gives the material its unique nuances of colour.

The leather products used by Freund come from animals that lived wild and free. They are preserved using modern tanning agents. Biodegradable materials are used for the tanning, dyeing and finishing. This way, what was once a residual product is converted into a biodegradable material.

Freund offers tiles in four standard sizes. Production only commences on receipt of an order. Tile thickness varies according to the leather’s use. From 1 mm for banisters to 2.5 mm for floors.
